Broadcaster Chris van Tulleken taking questions from members of LifeLab Youth Panel

LifeLab, teenagers in Southampton are leading the way in tackling ultra‑processed foods through a collaborative research project with LifeLab. The project also gave participants the opportunity to engage with leading voices in the field. Chris van Tulleken, presenter of CBBC’s Operation Ouch! and author of Ultra-Processed People, visited the region to speak at an open day at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Southampton Biomedical Research Centre (BRC). Seven members of the LifeLab Youth Panel attended and had the chance to put their questions to him directly.
